This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Arlio Limited has taken to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains.
Arlio Limited (Company Number: 16612965) is an IT Managed Service Provider registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. We provide IT support, Microsoft 365 management, cybersecurity, fractional IT services, application hosting, and networking services to small and medium-sized businesses in the United Kingdom.
Our Business and Supply Chains
As a provider of professional IT services, our business is primarily knowledge-based. Our workforce comprises skilled IT professionals and consultants. Our supply chains consist principally of:

We consider our exposure to modern slavery risk to be relatively low given the nature of our business and supply chains. However, we remain vigilant and take our responsibilities seriously.
Our Policies
We are committed to conducting business ethically and with integrity. We do not tolerate modern slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business or supply chains. Our approach is underpinned by the following:

Due Diligence
We undertake the following steps to assess and manage modern slavery risk:

Training and Awareness
We are committed to raising awareness of modern slavery within our organisation. Staff involved in recruitment and procurement are made aware of the indicators of modern slavery and the steps to take if they have concerns.
Reporting Concerns
We encourage anyone who has concerns about modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chains to raise them. Concerns can be reported to us at complaints@arlio.co.uk. We are committed to ensuring that no person will suffer any detrimental treatment as a result of reporting in good faith their suspicion that modern slavery is taking place.
